Out-of-court dispute settlement
If a platform removes your post, suspends your account, or leaves up content you reported, the DSA gives you a right to appeal to an independent, certified body, faster and cheaper than court. A body’s decision is not legally binding, but platforms must engage in good faith. You can choose any certified body in the EU that covers your type of dispute, whatever country you are in.
